One canvas.Every branch. All in the cloud.

GetBranchIt replaces the single chat and the pile of worktrees with a map of everything your agents are trying. Here is how each part works.

Every attempt, in view.

An infinite canvas of branch nodes with lineage edges for forks and merges. Pan, zoom, group and drag; open several projects as tabs. It stays smooth at ten thousand branches because rendering never waits on agents or the network.

A cloud workspace per idea.

Each running branch has its own isolated Linux workspace, terminal and preview. Inactive branches cost nothing but storage, and resume from their exact checkpoint. Status always appears as text as well as color.

Go back without going backwards.

Fork from any stable conversation point to try another direction in parallel. The new branch starts from the exact commit and context the canvas showed you. Resets are explicit and recoverable for 30 days.

  1. Turn 4Build a one-page checkout.
  2. Turn 5Add saved carts per account.
  3. Turn 6Keep the bundle under 100 kB. Fork here
  4. Turn 7Move payment into a modal.
  5. Turn 7′Try a three-step stepper instead.

A merge is a new node.

Merge siblings with a structural three-way merge of files and a union of both conversation histories. Conflicts appear in the merge panel. The result records both parents, your resolutions and a synthesis message, and undo simply detaches it.

See what the agent built. Then touch it.

Launch a branch's dev server behind an authenticated, per-session address, rendered in a webview with no access to the app. Typing in the terminal pauses the agent at a safe boundary, and your changes are checkpointed before it continues.

Your repository stays yours.

GitHub remains the source of truth. When a branch is ready, GetBranchIt builds a clean tree without internal metadata, writes a pull request from the conversation and diff, checks for upstream movement, and opens or updates one PR, only after you confirm.

Fast hands, calm screen.

A compact, neutral interface at 13px, with every frequent action one shortcut away. Orange is reserved for the brand, the first-run step and merge lineage, so it always means something.
